I have 10 online pdl's I need to know which are legal in the state of Tx.
ABL-amt w/ initial interest $520
ACE Cash Express-" " $586

started to use a debt consolidation company who instructed me to close my checking account. Now I'm getting calls threatening garnishment, arrest, warrants, lawsuits. Try to get a physical address to send a cease and desist letter and they won't give it to me. Please help!!

Debts are civil, not criminal
Debts are civil, not criminal. On this site, click on forums, then click on payday loan help, then click on sticky on how to deal with unlicensed lenders. Follow every step. Not sure if all lenders are illegal. You may want to check with the Texas Department of Regulation to determine if they are licensed in your state.
