I've posted before and received great help. Now, most of the PDL companies have followed the arraignment & instructions stated in my email. However, there are a few still calling me at home & work and threatening to send some document to my job. I've notified my bank & job of the fraud but I'm so stressed out. Can they do this?
The main culprits are:

Spektrum 500 -I've emailed them twice. I can't find a physical address. I told them not to call me but they continue and are rude.

HydraFund- had a company contact me named Eerie Mitigation threatening to have my pay check garnished.

Ameriloan & US Fast Cash-says they're legal because they are governed by the laws of The Miami Tribe of Oklahoma. They won't accept me paying just the rest of the borrowed amount.




Yeah…all lenders are illegal. Close down your old bank account and open a new one stop debiting money from your account. You owe nothing more than the principal. Don’t worry, they can’t do anything.

All the payday loan lenders are illegal. As such they are only allowed to get back the principal amount. No interest rates or fees. These illegal payday loan companies won't send you any document or anything else. They are just making empty threats.

Continue ignoring these morons. They cannot do anything substantial so they just resort to picking up the phone and harassing people with empty threats. Stick to your guns and do not agree to anything at all given the fact that all of them are illegal lenders. As for the tribal lenders, unless you live on their reservation, you are not subject to their laws. Simple.
