Ok i have been searching on this site for awhile and found lots of useful information but not sure any directly applies to my situation/ state/ internet load company.

Basically the beginning of this year i borrowed $300 from integrity advance. Every 2 weeks they debit my account random amounts. I tried calling them and they said i only paid 50 dollars towards my principal and the remainder was all finance charges. Please help me if i am getting screwed... i feel i am but not sure how to handle this.

Borrowed $300

The debited:
1/9 $90.00
1/23 $90.00
2/6 $90.00
2/20 $90.00
3/6 $90.00
3/20 $140.00
4/3 $125.00
4/17 $110.00
5/1 $95.00
Today - mystery how much they will be taking

In total I have paid $920 for a $300 dollar loan!

I live in california! Please help!
Thank you!

I guess all i want to know if Integrity Advance is legal in California and if i only have to pay back what was owed or I have to follow their stupid rules.

Thanks
