Since then, my phone has been blowing up and my friends are being harrassed to. I don't know what to do. Pack called my job today and told me they are filing crimal chrages. Can anyone help?
They are as follows:
Pack Management: $300 in Sept and pd $90 every 2 weeks until Dec 18
Eastside Lenders: $400 in Oct and $120 every 2 weeks until Dec 18
Integrity Advance: $500 in Nov and no payments made $150 fee
I called Blue Ridge group, but they want to charge me almost $400 with no guarantee they will be able to consolidate them..... Please help! I don't mind paying what I owe but I can't afford to pay more.

Hmmm I'm coming up with nothing about eastside lenders and integrity advance being legal in your state. I did find the texas licensee data base http://occc01.occc.state.tx.us/listing.asp
Pack is using scare tactics...you can not be arrested for a civil issue. Keep track of those calls etc for violations of FDPCA.
Eastside and integrity are a bear to deal with but dont give up or let them scare you. If they are illegal internet lenders in your state you are only responsible for the principle.
Personally I wouldnt waste time or money to consolidate because if they are illegal they won't anyway and you'll waste your money trying.

if i may ask a question regarding integrity advance.you say the fee is 150.00 and you got the loan in nov.please try to recall how many debits of the 150.00 they took.i can add to this by stating you overpaid both pack,and eastside.in fact they owe you refunds,but of course they won't see it that way.just follow shazzers link to the letter no skipping steps,and you should be fine.keep us posted.
