should i call them and tell them I closed my acct? and that I am reporting them

i wouldn't.let them be suprised when your AG contacts them.if you call all they will do is try to bully you.it isn't worth it.let your AG handle it.let them know that if they call or e-mail you.just try to avoid talking to them if you can.
