Integrity Advance

I live in Ohio. Integrity Advance is not licensed to do business. I took out a loan with them for $400 and to date I have paid $612. I sent them two C&D letters, to which they have stopped calling, but are sending me tons of emails. I asked them to send me a loan history of my account. Their loan history is completely different than what was withdrawn from bank account (according to bank statements). Go figure! Anyhow,they are saying that I still owe them $545.00. I have closed my checking account so they cannot withdraw any more money. My question is, where is Integrity Advance located and what is my next step with them?:confused:

They are licensed in Delaware, so, send them an email and tell them you are going to file a complaint against them with Administrator of Non-Depository Institutions and Compliance with the Delaware Office of the State Bank Commissioner and suggest that they revoke their license due to the fact that they issued a loan to a resident in the state of Ohio where Internet payday lending is prohibited. Also tell them you will send a copy of the complaint to your Attorney General's office and request they represent you in your effort to have Integrity Advance's licensed revoked in Delaware. I would end this letter by stating they have 48 hrs to respond, and you are seeking a refund of $212.00 over payment in the form of cashier's check to be sent to your address, over night! Tell them this is not negotiable, you will follow through if they do not meet your terms within 48 hrs!
