Working thru the process now. It appears from info on this site that 3 of the 6 PDL's i have out are not legal. I have put a block on ACH's from my checking and opened an acct at a different bank.
I still have one loan from Integrity that I am not sure about. Can anyone tell me if they are a legal lender in TExas?

Thanks SO much for all of ya'lls help!!

I couldn't find a license for them in the payday loan data base nor the CSO data base. You might try typing them into the search box, located in the upper right hand corner of this forum to see what you come up with. You will probably need to read through a few posts made by other members to obtain the information you are seeking. :)

They are not legal at all!! I had a PDL with them and after many phone calls, e-mails and faxes they stopped debiting my account.
But I only did that once the fees I have paid covered the principal of the loan. I never heard from them again.
But you have to be firm and don't get scared of their threats. In the end they do know they are illegal so they won't come after you as long as you paid back the principal of the loan
