So I sent the letter again and received this today:

"XXXXXXX, your letter has been forwarded to counsel and you should receive a reply within the next three business days. Thanks,

Anthony"

Then I received a call from Andrea from 1st National Legal Department for PayDay Loan Yes asking me to call by end of business today (searched the number she left and it was CashNet 500), so I sent my letter once again and received this email from Kelly with PayDay Loan Yes:

"In reference to your e-mail inquiry;

After further review of your account, it is very apparent we were definitely servicing the State Of Ohio at that time. You have the obligation to re-pay the loan that you received. You need to contact the correct department to make these arrangements.
Your account is currently being handled by our Accounts Receivable department. (Collections) For more information regarding your account or making payment arrangements, please contact them at 1- 800-666-8107. Please submit your full name and social security number in order for us to assist you properly."

Any advice?

Not condescending, Just tired of anyone and everyone who thinks they have had the worst, not realizing they brought it on themselves. Its not the company, its the way people pay attention and Don't pay attention to what they need to before subjecting themselves to a commitment. Deffinately not saying anyone is wrong, or that anyone did not get treated fairly, but take it as a lesson learned, say what you feel but don't keep others from getting a good experience.

i don't believe you a real customer for a second based on your pre-school post prior to this.if i am wrong then read the entire thread.the reason people are on here is because they try your method of paying the loan off,but this and other illegal bottomfeeding pdl's delibrately ignore requests to payoff.so register and show me proof of your multiple loans.otherwise my shill accusation is now out,and stands.

I find this laughable. I called 3 Days in advance and paid my loan in full and insisted on a receipt . They then deducted the full amount on my next pay day! I am still fighting with them and will be lucky to get refunded what they owe me. Don't deal with them.
Ok, So I see a pattern here. And, as a MULTIPLE returning customer of Integrity Advance, I am disappointed in all of this bologna that you guys are putting on here. Let me explain this in black in white for customers who have, are thinking about, or will use Integrity Advance payday loan company. Its this simple, If you need money, and you want the loan, get it. If you dont wanna go to store front and get one, then be prepared for the slightly higher intrest rate for the online companies. Secondly, for all of you who keep saying they are debiting your account for a certain fee at each of your paychecks...DUH! However, you can keep this from happening, heres how. WHEN YOU SIGN(ED) the electronic documents, It clearly stated your loan amount, your fee and your due date, also your PAYMENT OPTIONS! Say it with me...PAYMENT OPTIONS! First off, it is a PAYDAY loan, NOT and installment loan. If you intend to pay it back over a years time, then go to bank, or expect to pay a crap ton.
Option 1--Paying the Loan in full (Shocker! Thats an option?) YES!
Options 2- Pay down on your loan. (how convienient, they give you the option to pay in portions, and whats that you say, it reduces your loan amount AND your fee? YES! Is it their fault you need more time to pay it in full bc your last paycheck was low? NO! So pay down on it and know that your still gonna get a small fee with it because your EXTENDING it or REBARROWING a smaller amount rather.
Option 3--(EVERYONE NEEDS TO PAY ATTENTION HERE)- Refinancing is option 3.
When you hear refinance-think re-barrow. If you dont call the company within 2-3 business days before your KNOWN due date, then they just deduct the minimum finance fee, one that EVERYONE is aware of when they signed the documents and what the REPS tell them before getting the loan.
If you choose to be irresponsible, and NOT call 2-3 days ahead of time, then its not THEIR fault you slacked off, therefore they dont want to debit the account for the full amount, because if they did...THEN YOU WOULD BE CALLING THEM BECAUSE THEY TOOK ALLL the money out of the account ..am I wrong???
My point here is: Integrity Advance Paydown Loan company, Is NOT a rip off. You came here looking for a loan, you signed the documents that stated what you WOULD pay and you signed showing you KNOW the options..and you ALSO signed and Arbitration/Provision page stating nothing is going to court if YOU!!! default on YOUR loan. Therefore, If you do not follow the documents that you were suppose to read, its your own fault. And if you didnt agree with it, you shuold never have signed it in the first place!!! Its that easy!! I have had many loans with them, And also have had some ive paid right away, and some Ive paid over time. Yes, fees do add up..BUT YOU! have control over how much! If you cant afford it, do them a favor and DONT get it! Stop bashing the companies name because your not resposible enough to admit you should have called , or that you should not have gotten it in the first place.
And to answer your questions about illegal states, and whats illegal and whats not...
Integrity Advance is NOT stupid. They knwo what states they can and CANNOT loan to. Its even on their application before you apply, and if your application goes though you obviously are a legal state to loan to.
Integrity Advance customer service is on top of their game. They call you within minutes, to tell you their offer and if you have questions ASK! If you dont..expect to get what you deserve. They help the best way they know how. There are so many people out there who are tryin to get free money, and they arent going to let people take advantage of them either. Nor should you. This is not a letter to discourage anyone, or change their minds, everyone has different experiences. But at the end of the day people, really? Pay attention. Its not fine print, its simple black and white. Always Read.
It is misleading and illegal in most states.

The Truth-in-Lending Desclosure is supposed to state your agreed schedule. "Total Of Payments - The amount you will have paid after you have made all payments as scheduled = $00.00).

The deception is in the fine print about declining the option of refinancing your loan. This is the actual default schedule with grave consequences. Unless you call 3 days prior to your first payment you automatically choose to refinance.

This is shaddy and very poor business ethics. It is also illegal in most states that have laws designed to protect consumers against such practices.

In Washington State for example, the law is:
Maximum Loan Amounts & Terms
Maximum Loan Term: 45 days
Maximum Loan Amount: $700
Maximum Fee: 15% on the first $500 and 10% above $500.

Example 1: A loan for $500 + $75 fee = $575.
Example 2: A loan for $700 + $95 fee = $795

It doesn't matter what you sign or where the loan company is located, no contract in such a matter superceeds the law of the state. When lending to a resident of the state the lendor must comply with applicable local and state laws.

Close your account so they cant get into. I have been trying to work things out with them they are a rip off. Trying to make good people pay them double the amount of what they owe. They need to be shut down. We need to work together on that not sit on line and bitch about it.

Just because you borrow money doesnt give anyone the right to over charge people. You need to wake up and get a clue. You must like getting screwed that way. The economy is tough and when you try to work things out its their way or no way screw them.

Please tell us what state you are in, the name of the lender.  It it a very good possibility that they are illegal.  That being said, you are only morally responsible for paying back the original amount borrowed, nothing more, nothing less.  It looks as if you have way overpaid.  Answer the questions and we can help you further.

In my state (IL) Integrity is not licensed, and therefore doing business illegally. They cannot enforce loan contracts, nor can they turn over your account to 3rd party collection.

We are not your lender and we don't give payday loans. You are dealing with an illegal lender and legally owe nothing. Morally, the principal.
