Is Integrity PDL Services, LLC and Integrity Advance one in the same company?

I live in Ohio. I took a payday loan through Integrity PDL Services, LLC. I know (through the great info on this forum) that they are not a licensed lender in the State of Ohio. I have paid them $612.00 on a $400.00 loan. I have requested numerous times a pif letter and refund of $212. I have filed complaints with the BBB, Ohio Attorney General, and FTC.

This guy named, Anthony, who claims to be with Integrity Advance keeps contacting me regarding my outstanding pld. I faxed to him a copy of my bank statements showing the withdraws that Integrity took from my account.

This was his response to that....."I can understand your confusion in regard to the debits from your checking account. The name of our company is Integrity Advance. You should have a debit from your checking account that wasn't listed on the bank statement you sent me in the amount of $90 on 06/25/10. Your other loan through Integrity Payday Loans is responsible for the debits listed on the bank statement you sent me. If you look at the bank statement, the phone number 877.562.4980 is listed for your convenience. If you have a dispute with them I encourage you to contact them directly."

First of all, I have only taken out a pdl loan with Integrity PDL Services. I have never ever taken out a second loan with Integrity Advance. I filed my complaint with the Ohio Attorney General against Integrity PDL Services, not Integrity Advance. This guy Anthony is wanting me to sign a release/agreement to pay them $390 and to terminate my complaint with the Ohio Attorney General Office. So, if he is with Integrity Advance, how does he know that I filed a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General against Integrity PDL Services, LLC? I think he is the one that is confused.

Any advice?

I'm confused. IAdvanceCash is the same as Integrity Advance LLC.

integritypaydayloans(dot)com is through a company called Everest Cash Advance and that other email address you gave (name)(at) pdlsupport.com is also affiliated with Everest Cash.

I have a feeling that when you filed your complaint, you used the name Integrity PDL Services but used the address for Integrity Advance. I don't think they're affiliated and I think that's where all the confusion is coming in.

I went back and check my complaint with Ohio Attorney General. I did use Integrity PDL Services, LLC because that was on my original loan documents and the address of 300 Creek View Road, Newark, DE 19711. (No Suite No.) I asked Anthony this morning for the address of Integrity Advance and he said 300 Creek View Road, Suite 102, Newark, DE 19711.

I doubled checked all of my bank statements and the only deposit that I see on them is from Integrity Advance. I am really confused now. help.

I guess I am really confused also. Am I wrong?

Yes, on my loan documents the address is; 300 Creek View Road, Newark, DE 19711. What bothers me the most is when I look back over my bank statements, the only deposit that is show is from Integrity Advance. However, when I applied for the pdl online, I applied through Integrity PDL Services, LTD.

OK. That' makes me feel better. It's likely just another one of the many dbas they use. Anthony is likely the same guy I dealt with as well. After I bombarded him on a daily basis for about 2 weeks, I finally got a partial refund of the amount I overpaid. They also asked that I sign one of their mutual release agreements. Just keep at them. You may need to reexplain to him that you've only taken one loan and it was through them. You've overpaid it. They're operating illegally and they owe you a refund and a PIF.

Anthony is still insisting that Integrity Advance and Intergrity PDL is different entities. He is further insisting that $300 was deposited in my bank account from Integrity Advance. I have thoroughly researched all my bank statements and even spoke to the manager of the bank and no $300 was deposited between the dates he is saying. He sent me an email this morning wanting to do ".... a three way call with the bank and they can confirm the deposit for you as well since you can't seem to find it on your bank statement. Let me know when a good time would be to make this call." This is absolutely ridiculous as I feel he is calling me a liar which I am NOT. How should I respond to this guy?

It is obvious that we are not going to agree on this matter. I feel like I am wasting my time even responding via email with this guy. I don't even care about the refund anymore, I just want a pif letter. Should I continue to commuicate with him and bug him to death about the pif letter (which I already have been doing for the last 3 months) or should I just ignore him?

Flood his inbox with the same original letter, the one that states they aren't legal lenders. That pretty much says it all, there is no need or purpose attempting to negotiate with an illegal lender. You hold the cards.
I don't see how that's possible since the original poster said she only got 1PDL and it was through Integrity PDL Services.[/QUOTE

I only have 1 loan with Integrity (Integrity PDL). It is funny that the address on my loan agreement is the same as Integrity Advance and they are claiming they are not one in the same company. Idiots.
