I am needing some help and advice on how to proceed. I currently have 9 payday loans out and I've had them for several months now. I've made interest payments and have never been late but I'm having a difficult time keeping up with my bills as I'm paying about $1200 on interest charges alone every month. I'm in Kansas and 8 of the payday loans are storefront and 1 is on the internet. How can I get out of this mess

Welcome ela. Have you contacted the storefronts and ask to make payment arrangements to pay back what you have borrowed? Do not default on the storefronts. They can take you to court and get a judgement against you for the amounts borrowed plus court costs. As for the one online line loan, have you paid back the amount you have borrowed? If so, then you need to send them a letter demanding the account be marked paid in full.
