I have two payday loans in Michigan and am having trouble paying them every two weeks. The interest is killing me and I would love to pay them off but can't afford my other buills if I do this. If my checks bounce can I make small payments every week to clear this up?


Though payday lending is legal in Michigan, you need to check out whether or not your payday lenders are licensed to operate in your state. I think Anna is right. If your financial condition doesn???t permit you to repay your debt in full, then you can negotiate with your lenders. You may try to settle the debts on your own.
