ky payday loan advice

i have a payday loan with discountadvance.com and need help. I live in kentucky and the payday loan was orignally for $400 - it's now up to $530 and i've paid interest on it several times!
What do i do? I cannot pay it back, at least not at the rate I'm going. Interest and fees are killing me. :(

i have closed my account, but am unable to email the lender, there is no "email us" button on there site. They are located in Canada - should i even bother with a letter to them??
