Pay Day Loans making me fall behind on all bills

What state are you in and what are the names of your pdls?

I am in michigan

the ones that are increasing are from OneClickCash and Ameriloan

the other is from PDL loans

i borrowed
oneclickcash-150
ameriloan-150
pdl loans- i believe 300

biweekly interest that im auto debited are 45, 45 ,and 90

also it has gotten so bad my bank account is over drawn by over 400 dollars because of these loans i need help asap

after adding it all

they have charged me 225 in fees for the oneclickcash and ameriloans

and 450 for the pdl loans if these are illegal lenders in michigan what do i do from this point...?

Please see the above link I posted. That will help you deal will give you more guidance in dealing with Illegal lenders.

You definately can push for a refund if you have overpaid. Just request it in your proposal letter. Please make sure you secure your bank account ASAP, because if not they will continue to overdraw the account.

yes pdl loans is an internet lender and i have a terrible time getting a hold of them for anything

Well follow the same advice given for the other two loans. They are all unlicensed in your state, I did not find them in the DFI licensee database.

no the contact was on my account on their website which i cannot get into

and everything was done over the phone no emails were sent

Hi - I have a question - I'm in Michigan also -and I am having some trouble trying to find out if the lenders I borrowed from are licensed here? I have been to the Dept of Financial Inst website and cant find what I am looking for?

I have never heard of "PDL Loans" the company. Try searching the name in the box above for more information.

Just secure your account first. I am sure they will come calling when they cannot get the funds. As for the other two send them proposal letters requesting a refund by email, fax, or USPS. You can find information on them by searching the forum here as well.

dannidivito I seen your other post. Those lenders are not licensed as Paul confirmed.

troubles with my bank

they wont let me stop any debits from coming out because they say that i authorized them to take the money out and i cant close the account because these loans have made my account go into the negative any suggestions

oneclickcash and ameriloan are both swearing that they are licensed in michigan what do i do now

they say that,but if you press them for a license #.they don't provide it.they are not licensed anywhere.
