Internet PDLs in SC

Does anyone know if the below IPDL companies are illegal in SC? GFS (Global Financial Srvs) borrowed $300 have paid so far $230;Geneva Roth(borrowed $400 pd back $120 so far); UpFront(borrowed $700 pd back $630 so far);MyCashNow (borrowed $460 pd back $159.20 so far) also I was approved for one with Lakota Cash..they put the loan thru on 9/22 I called on 9/23 to cancel and they told me they couldn't since it was pending on my banks side..called my bank & they said company could take money back..still wtg on sup. from Lakota cash to call me back.

Geneva Roth- I'm unsure about them but I doubt if they're legal in your state. I believe this is their address below but I'm not 100% possitive.

Upfront Cash?? I think they're licensed in Utah which would not make them a legal lender in your state, I'm not 100% possitive about this one either, here is the address I located in this forum.
