internet lender threats from united legal headquarters

i got two threating phone calls from a place called united legal headquartres saying serious legal issue, said i would go to jail, number is unlisted no way to trace, i called them he said if i did not pay today y 2pm i would be arrested this is from a online payday lender, when i said i have to consult attorney he said i refused their offer i would be arrested, he says i comitted bank fraud, he has my social and adress very upset help
