hello, first we need some more info if you don't mind.

1)how much was borrowed from each pdl?
2)how much in fees was debited by each pdl so far?

you see florida requires internet lenders be licensed in your state so i can say that every pdl of yours is illegal, and should be treated as such.please answer my two questions, and we can help you here.

1 click cash 250.00 (75.00 int)
pdl venture 450.00 (135.00 int)
dollar flash 300.00 (60.00int)
beacon 200.00 (89.00 int)
payment direct 200.00 (89.00int)
paycheck today 200.00 (60.00 int)
magnum cash 799.00 (333.00int)
ez cash 250.00 (80.00int)

haven't paid any (closed my account), had some foreign guy call with all my personal information, yelling and screaming, closed my account, borrowed atleast once before from each and paid it off, then had to borrow more to make it. Now what should i do?

i need to be sure.are those the total debited or the interest payments?remember any of those int payments get deducted from the amount borrowed.for example.

let's say ez cash.you borrowed 250.00.they took two 80.00 debits.you only owe 90.00.please be sure as i want to help you as best i can.

Just interest amounts. I haven't paid on any (this time) i have borrowed from them and paid off, now this time i haven't paid anything. Too much at one time. Trying to decide to just send what i can, or consolidate? Or what? And if consolidate, is there a real company out there? Scared to give any information now.

okay, there is a sticky titled DEALING WITH ILLEGAL LENDERS in this forum.it will give you everything you need to dealing with these places.i wouldn't use any company to handle this as most places either are in bed with some pdl's,or are a company illegal pdl's won't work with.you can do this yourself.go to the sticky, and the info you need is there.i used it when i first registered back in the day.it will help you.

Hey i just read on your site that loans made by unlicensed out of state lenders are non collectible in florida, please reassure me that is true????? That way atleast i can send what i can when i can to get them paid back and ease my own mind, its not that i don't want to pay, its just that i have to do it when i have the extra funds at my own pace. And that would be good to know for sure so when they call threatening i have some leverage.
