Balance Credit and MoneyKey acts as a legalized Credit Services Organization (CSO) by arranging a Payday Loan between the customer and an unaffiliated third-party lender in Ohio.
Target Cash now is illegal in Ohio.

You should think about your affordability before taking out a bunch of PDLs. It is one of the biggest blunders that you had already committed. Now, starting fresh is not an easy task, you have to pay the principal along with the interest to all the legal lender in your state. Pay only the principal amount to the lenders who are not legal in your state.

Ace Cash Express - Legal
Advance America - Legal
Big Picture Loans - Tribal leader, illegal
Speedy cash - legal
Spot Loan - illegal
Balance Credit-legal
MoneyKey -legal
Target Finance/Target Cash Now- illegal

How do you know which ones are illegal in the state of Ohio and if you have one of the illegal ones should you then use the letter explaining you have paid the principal balance and that is it?
