A question re: "Delaware Law"

Now for the problem child: Eastside Lenders.
I thought that they would be working to settle, by the tone of their first e-mail. When I questioned the amount due by using the "principal minus payments" as being what I morally owe, they jumped back to the "located in Delaware, licensed by Delaware,... governed by Delaware Law" crap.
Since I live in Ohio, is there anything I can cite in rebuttal without sounding childish (Well, I live in Ohio! Nyah Nyah!) or flippant?
A nice Federal Code with regards to interstate commerce would be nice to slap them with
Thanks in advance!

Sounds decent, Shazzers :) . I'll put that on my list of possible retorts. Still, I'm going to research this situation a bit over the weekend, maybe find some case law to throw in their face.

Florida law states a PDL company must be licensed in the state of FL to loan to its residents. So your state laws would prevail.

Agreed with the rest, you owe nothing, quoting laws to them will do no good, they obviously didn't follow them to begin with.
Eastside Lenders
I received one voice mail from them at work. Never returned the call. They never sent me an e-mail/or letter either. Guess they are getting "snowed" with all these illegal loans, and they'll catch up with me.
