Filed a complaint with my local FBI, Attorney General and FTC. Was told by the FBI that 2nd person in my area that called about these clowns.

Payday lenders often establish their own “in house” collections department. Once you have defaulted on a payday loan you will begin receiving calls from a representative who claims they are someone important (insert intimidating title) from “collections”, so the intimidating name they chose this time is Investigative Services Collectors.

So I have also been reciving calls from (678 ) 648-5476... thay visited my family members and stated they had to speak with me that they were some "investigators" the guy 'Danny' gave my bro a number for me to call: 1-800-592-5470. I called and the number and stated the same thing that some of you said here... I asked to speak with the supervisor because they were not willing to take the amount that i could afford to pay monthly, and said if I did not pay what they wanted I would go to jail..... any advice?

you are sure they visited family members.then have them file police reports as they tresspassed.as far as the jail threat goes.you fille police reports for the threat.this is a bottomfeeder that should be reported not paid.they can't have you arrested for owing a debt.
