PDL NIGHTMARE!

:D I live in Iowa and have 15 PDLs. Thanks to your help on this forum, I am getting all of these resolved. I am doing this on my own. I started out with calling each PDL on 03/12 and then on Fri. (03/13 - oh my!) I decided to send them each a C&D letter. I have overpaid on almost all of them! We will see how it goes, but with the Iowa state law, it looks like none of the PDLs have a leg to stand on. Thanks again!
They may not have a leg to stand on but they do have call center
They may not have a leg to stand on but they do have call centers full of people that will call you ten times a day anyway and the Iowa authorities are notorious wimps when it comes to intervening. But if you're ready to weather the storm evenutally they'll go away.
