I have over pdl totally 3500 is it bad to close my checking account and tell them willing to pay principal only
If your lenders are illegal,
If your lenders are illegal, then you owe them only the principal. In this case, you should close down your checking account to stop debiting money from your account. But if your lenders are licensed, then you will have to pay them both the principal and interest. Otherwise they can sue you because of nonpayment of debt.
