Hi, I just joined the community and I have to say thank god I found this place! I had no idea that my loans were with illegal lenders and would have kept paying till I went bankrupt! Here are the loans I have:
Spot on loans-300
Paid 270
Ameriloan-450
Paid 135
7Day Loans-450
Paid 450
American Web Loan-450
Paid 360
The Cash Line-450
Paid-405
They responded to my letter right away agreeing to me paying 45 to satisfy the principal of the loan!! Thank you guys for your advise and letter template!!

I've closed my bank account -making it deposit only when I closed it so no one can force it open ( again thanks guys for that tip)
I've sent them all letters revoking their ACH rights
I even put a paragraph in there saying they were not allowed to contact me at work or on my cell
my question is to everyone is there anything else i need to be doing?
