Sounds like it but don't be surprised if collection agencies start calling. Or, if you start getting the "we're going to arrest you at work" calls.

I agree keep all emails for evidence and if a collection agency calls you or tries to come after you ask them to validate the debt. If they refuse file your complaints for all the false bull the collection agencies will try to run on you. Make sure you save everything because that could be a ploy it sounds good but don't be alarmed or suprised if they don't try something slick.
