I have been paying for over like 5 or 6 month every 2 weeks is this legal? and I live in FL also. Please if you can help with the proper steps to stop this I have so much going on this would help I feel like I should be done with this loan already. Thank you!

let me add a something
since neither is legal in any state you only owe the principle,but wait there's more!anything debited in those refinance fees gets deducted meaning you not only do not owe,but they owe you.do as SOAPLADY advised,but include refund requests as well.

I searched the sites there a ton of different letters could someone please post a link for the letters i need to send. tomorrow dec 9 is when i get paid and i need to close my acct today. and other steps. thank you all and god bless

you do not send a thing to the pdl's until your account is closed/secured.see a manager and nobody else at your bank.after that send the ACH,and wage assignment revocation letters to the pdl's but again close/secure your account first.very important.

those are the first BS emails some illegal lenders send when their debit gets rejected.btw they owe you refunds,not the other way around.another btw any collector will most likely be a lawbreaking piece of trash.stick to your guns and keep us informed on any further stupidity from these places and any collector that contacts you.we can advise from there.
