Apparently, you've never been the victim to one of these outragiously illegal forms of abuse.
When I took out MY loan for $500, the first payment they took was a total of $350.
This was for partial payment and "interest".
The very next month, another $350 for partial payment, interest and "extension" on loan. That's ALREADY $700.00!!
The NEXT month, another $350! THAT is when I closed the account and went to another bank.
Then I get phone calls that I owe them $690!! ($500 and "late fees")
For a lousy $500, I ended up already paying these slimeballs $1050.00 and they STILL wanted more!! Then the treats begin.
So exactly HOW do you figure we're trying to "get out" of paying our bills? I paid mine plus over 120% interst (or fees as they call it) in THREE months.
In case you ever find yourself in a predicament like I did, let me give you a little advice.
Payday loans charge up to (APRs) of 650% interest!! That's recent statistics. I'm sure that will increase now that the financial bill has been signed. More people will need these loans because banks will no longer lend. BUYER BEWARE!

I disagree. billywhip sounds like a high school BULLYwhip who was born with a gold spoon where the sun don't shine. He'll get his one day.

Actually I just went to my bank and had everything blocked and opened up another account. When I sent the letter to PDL Loan (AKA High Country) I got the following email within an hour of sending the fax....

As you can see, they go by about 10 different names, and I listed all of them on my letter so they couldn't come back into my account under another name. I am so thankful for this forum, and feel like I am getting back in control. I am still awaiting an answer form USFastCash, and OneClickCash, both operated by the same company.
