i cannot get an address for JHS Marketing and Summit group LLC which is the same in Miami Florida. i called and they will not give out the address. my lawyer is trying to put them into bankruptcy chapter 7

JHS Marketing and Summit Group LLC are not licensed to make payday loans in the state of FL. I wouldn't bother including them in your bankruptcy. You've probably already paid them more than you legally owe.
