Judgement Day for Cash Call?

Keep disputing with the credit agencies! I managed to get Cashcall removed from Equifax & Transunion. I am close to getting it removed from Experian. I'm a member of Experian Direct which helps. I have sent in a Ton of documents on the illegality of the Western Sky/Cashcall scam. The fact that the CFPB is suing them now helps. I was getting nowhere with Experian but finally got through to the right person there because of my Experian Direct membership. I sent them the CFPB and NYS lawsuits. I'm hoping this will be removed in the next 30 days.

The reason you are just now getting a dunning letter is because they are desperate to collect any money they can because they are going down. There was a huge lawsuit in West Virginia over the FBD backed loans so you can google that to get information on the FBD backed loans. The FDIC shut down this practice which is when they came up with the Western Sky front angle. As you can tell, it is the exact same loan product and exact same scam just through WS instead of FBD. The WV court documents include a bunch of info on the FDIC shut down of CC's rent a bank scam. Hope that helps some what.

No, I'm north of CA. Been in default for about five years now; one more to go before SOL. It's just weird that I never read anything about people dealing with FBD-backed CashCall loans. It's like I'm the only one, LOL.

Also, North Carolina and Colorado hit them with lawsuits yesterday. Christmas came early for Mr. Reddam.

until two years ago when they started this western sky bullshit they were only legal in CA.as since FBD backed out of them,and think cash they had a backer in CA.so for the last four plus years they were only legal in CA.are you in CA?if so then unfortunately the loan was legal.

I read all these threads about CashCall/Western Sky loans, but what about the old CashCall/First Bank of Delaware loans? I know FBD went out of business, but I just got a dunning letter for a CashCall loan taken out through FBD and was curious if anyone else is still dealing with the FBD backed loans?

i misspoke.i meant that two years prior to three years of this scam.so i again misspoke,but what state?oregon,or washington?until 2007 they were backed by FBD.now since they,western sky,and delbert are burning now i wouldn't respond yet.wait and see as again they are going down in flames so don't do a thing.
