I have sent PDLs letters stating that they are in violation of Iowa PDL laws re:interest and rollover policied. I'm getting responses from them saying that they are licensed in Iowa, but they are governed in their state (NV for one). Any ideas of how to refute that?

If they are licensed in Iowa, they must follow the laws of Iowa.
