After going back and reading older cash call post - I am just trying to calm my nerves a bit... I am in Arizona.

The one was originated by Western Sky and then transferred to Cash Call.
I also have one with Plain Green and Great Plains all can be dealt with the same way, with sending them the ACH revoking letter.. via email?? -

I have my old account on restricted status for deposits only. I have the new account set up not tied to the old account. I was reading that Cash Call was legal in some older post, so I may have just confused my self...

We are waiting for one dd to come in on the old account, the bank thinks it may be even better to leave the old account in restricted status, things will just bounce against it... and go no where...

Can someone tell me how to best file a complaint with the attorney generals office.

Please, can some one clarify for me -- I could really use some sleep tonight.. Since I decided I am going to try to stop this madness - I haven't slept in like 3 days....
