Ok People Ameriloan has stopped to a new low for me. I got a call from a 918-442-9103 dude said his name was Sam and he was auditing Ameriloans files and came across my name. He said he wanted to and before he could finish I hung up on him and then put that number on my auto reject list on my phone! Are you serious?

So I know people have posted Ameriloan's numbers but I have added another one to the list!!!:p

I got a call today from 500fast cash account. Same emails and everything as ameriloan and the same number... almost. I got a call from 918 442 9101.

Needless to say, the conversation did not go well. I'm still looking for my refund from them for overpayment. I guess it's off the PA AG, Dept. of banking, FTC and BBB I go for them.

the conversation never does go well with MTE d/b/a's.so yes file those complaints.AG,AND FTC.i wouldn't file a BBB complaint as all of MTE d/b/a's use a form letter response accusing the person of submitting a form letter themselves.btw none of these places are accredited with the BBB.i would just file the AG,AND FTC complaints for now.

I have received two phone calls from CBS News, related to internet payday loans being made by the MTE "affiliated" companies. According to the reporters/researchers I spoke with, CBS is putting together a story about internet payday loan lending and in particular, the MTE-based payday loan companies. The story is to be aired in September, as part of a larger story regarding the economy, its impact on the American people and the sharks who are getting rich by taking advantage of people through illegal payday loans. The reporters/researchers confirmed that the MTE-based loan companies are actually based in Kansas with a mailing address located on tribal lands in Oklahome. The reporters/researchers have not only visited these offices attempting to collect information, but have attended functions (attended by very wealthy individuals) hosted by the owner of the MTE-based loan companies hoping to interview him for the story. Of course, he never seemed to be present or available for interview.

I was contacted by CBS News as I had filed complaints with my state AG regarding the collection practices of USFastCash and UnitedCashLoans. Other individuals from multiple states have been contacted as well. We've all had similar experiences, particularly the continued calls to work and personal phone numbers in spite of C&D letters being sent (and confirmed) by these companies. Apparently, the stage AGs, as well as several federal entities, are frustrated that they are unable to intervene and are working to close the "tribal sovereignty" loophole.

For all of us who have been through the payday loan hell and/or are currently going through it, please continue to file complaints with your state AG, the FTC, the BBB, and any other commerce-related entity, as those complaints, in conjuntion with news agency stories, might eventually result in an end to these payday loan companies hiding behind a "tribal affiliation" and claiming sovereignty from state and federal laws.

I also received a call from 918-442-9103 and 918-442-9101 yesterday evening while at work. Got the same spill that they were auditing Ameriloan and that I needed to settle with them right then. I explained I had already sent letters to them demanding they not call and filed complaints with BBB, FTC and Attorney General (I am in MO). He told me that they "don't have to follow the law" and that if I didn't want my employer to find out I better settle with him right now. I told him to not contact me again and hung up.

I forwarded all of my complaints filed to them via email and received another call this morning bright and early (I am a night shift worker) and advised them to not call again. He said they would continue calling until I paid. I hung up again. I have filed complaints with my State Attorney General on 3 different PDL companies and they are currently investigating (or so the form letter said). I hope the BBB, FTC or someone can do something about these people.

I took out a loan for $250 with them and have already paid back $225 so I have been requesting an address in which to send the final payment of $25 to, of course they won't give that to me. They say I still owe $325.

Don't expect too much from the BBB they are basically the information gatherers. I would exoect something from the FTC because they called me getting information about Ameriloan. I am glad he has not called me back since our little brief chat because as soon as he said he was Sam and he was auditing files for Ameriloan I hung up on his butt in my mind I was saying audit that!! Make sure you continue to file complaints I would keep filing them everytime they call me!
