I have (2) payday loans that I have been contacted about for repayment. I do understand I owe the loans and at the time was undable to pay them back. The porcess server called with a claim # and said I would be served papers at my place of employment. She gave me another name and said I waould have to call them to find out what it is for. I spoke with a guy there that said if I paid it now that I could pay the settlement offer and if not then paperwork would be served to me through the courts. Is there any options??? I just started a reat job and could pay it back if they would work with me on weekly payments. Please help!!!
