payday loan help

I live in IN. The companies that I have oans with are PDL Loan Center, United Cash Loans, Arrowhead Invest, Payment Direct Inc., JVC Funding, and Outback Bucks. They are all internet based. How do I know if they are licensed in Indiana, and does it matter if they are not.

It does matter if they are licensed because your state requires that they are, if they aren't, then you need to close your account asap and make other payment arrangements with them, however, you would only owe them the amount you borrowed to begin with less and interest, fees and payments you have already made.
