Need help with MD laws and PDL's

I wanted to know what are the laws when it comes from PDL's and MD.. I gotten two PDLs one from HuskHawk Group and the other one from JVC Processing. They told me if i dont have at least 500 by today at 10 am there was goin to be a warrant for my arrest. Say i did some type of fraud like bank fraud and idenity theft or something like that because my bank closed my account.. So its 2:30 and i did not have the money but i wanted to know all the information I can get

Check your state laws here. Payday loans are strictly prohibited in Maryland. Hence, they are blowing smokes. They can't get you arrested since debt is a civil matter. It is only their scare tactics.
