Hello, was managing my PDLs pretty well, but recently have had to take a lot of time off work and it started to get a bit out of hand, taking out one to pay for another etc. I only have 3 out, one for 500 one for 400 and one for 250. I couldn't afford for them to be hitting my bank accounnt all the time and paying non sufficient fees so I closed the account. Now the calls are coming and thus far they aren't being too nasty, but I'm so far behind with everything else I'm not in a position to make any payment arrangements just yet. With these amounts I'm not sure what to expect in terms of what they are going to be satisfied with for a payment. I don't want to make arrangements that I cannot keep. Is it uncommon for it to stretch out over several months to get these loans paid back? I am in Kansas and I am pretty well aware of the laws regarding payday lenders so I am not afraid of them at all, but I'm not out to rip them off either. Any advice?

All storefronts. Check into Cash 250 borrowed, haven't paid any yet as it just went awry last week, Speedy Cash 500 haven't been able to pay any yet either. Advance America 400, have not been able to pay any on them yet either.

I'm a little past due on one, very past due on some others, I had arrangements worked out with one but was not able to keep them because it was basically 2 payments of 300. I realize they are legit, and as I said have no intention of not making good on payments, just behind and food, rent, electricity are high priorities.
