Is there someplace I can find documentation that tribal lenders can't enforce their tribal laws on us unless we are on their reservation. I keep finding conflicting information about whether or not their contracts are legal and binding. Thanks.

Tribal lenders are illegal. So their contracts are also invalid.

Tribal Lenders

Thanks for the info. Anyone ever hear of these Tribal lenders actually filing suit for their money? I know they would have to go thru their tribal courts but can't seem to find out much about that. This is all very educational, to say the least.
