Yes, you did the right thing. And CashNetUSA will continue to call until they get proposal, just continue to let whomever is calling know what is going on. Cash Supply isn't even licensed to loan in the state they claim they are located in. Their corporate office is actually in Georgia, where I believe pdls are prohibited.

Steelers has given you some great advice. You may also want to contact your debt counselor to let them know about the phone calls. They might be able to help in some capacity.

Okay, got another call from CashSupply! Except now they are trying to talk to my boss!! They have violated the cease and desist, and are not responding to the BBB compliant. My debt counselor said that I should send them money to get them off my back until they send them their proposal. Anyone? Help?!?!

Maybe you can talk to your boss and explain to him/her what is going on and what you are doing and how these people are violating the C/D letter, etc. At least that way if they get a call they can respond to these people accordingly.

Well, the good thing is that the people I work with, know that they are supposed to be passed to me, and not to my boss, so that's good.

Yes it is, but maybe to be on the safe side in case someone forgets or messes up. I know it was hard for me to let my boss and our HR/Payroll department know, but it sure did make things a little easier and they all were very supportive.

I just filed a complaint with the Wisconsin Department of Finanical Institutions as well.

Some of these places just don't care and think they are above the law and can do whatever they want to. I will be so glad when these places get what's coming to them
