I've got several (7) different store front loans in Colorado, that Im struggling with. I keep having to re-buy the ones that I can and open new ones but I've finally hit the bottom and cant dig any deeper. Any help or suggestions on how to deal with these? How does the state law come into play with having multiple lenders and open loans exceeding $500 at one time?

Speedy Cash 400 / 1month paid
Advance America 500/ 1 month paid
Moneytree 500
Checkmate 500
Loan Stop 500
Quik Cash 300
Ace Cash express 500

Speedy Cash- legal lender
Advance America - legal lender
Moneytree - legal lender
Ace Cash express - legal lender
To check the legality of the rest pdl companies, contact with Colorado Office of the Attorney General. You will be responsible for both the principal and interest to your legal lenders. In this case you may try to negotiate with your lenders and set up a payment arrangement with them. As far as the illegal loans are concerned, you owe them nothing more than the principal balance. No interest, no fees. Simply close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account.
