Asking for Advice in Ohio

I have Several Payday Loans and I feel like I'm Sinking. I keep having to borrow more to pay bills because of all the Fees.

Store Front
Advance America - Loan $833.33 Amount Due $892
Check-N-Go - Loan $1000 Amount Due $1150

Internet
Rapital Capital - Loan $700 Amount Due $1050
Cashnetusa- Loan $1350 Amount Due $$1686.59
ACEcashexpress - $650 Amount Due $827.19

I've paid so much on these I would have to add it all up.

I also have a Western Sky Loan that cost me $300 a month. Original loan was for $2000

I really have to get out from under these and I don't know what to do.

Please Help!!


All the above mentioned lenders are licensed in your state. You are liable to pay them both the principal and interest. But Western Sky is an illegal lender. In this case you owe principal only. No interest, no fees. As far as the legal loans are concerned, try to negotiate with your licensed lenders and set up a payment arrangement with them.

How do I get out of the Western Sky... I've already paid more than Principal.

How do I start the negotiations with all of these places? I don't have money to make large lump sum payments.
