How do you get them to stop calling work?

Netcash 123 keeps calling my place of employment. I have emailed them several times stating that I was not paying this so called "balance" of $450, when I have OVER paid them by $596! They owe me money. Now they are stating in messages that they will work with me if I can't afford to pay my balance. It's not a matter of affording it, it's the fact that these scammers got an extra $596 and still want more. Now they are hounding me at work. How do I make this stop?
