KY Payday Loan

I have a internet payday loan in KY and the fees got to be so much I closed my bank account and opened a new one. I am paying on it but a company from North Carolina keeps calling me at my job threating me that I am going to jail if I don't pay by a certain day. I cannot pay that much at one time. He keeps saying that the sheriff is coming to my job and I am going to jail because I frauded them by closing my account. I don't know what to do. Please help.

Who is the lender and who is calling you?? You will not be arrest...in fact you need to file a police report because it is illegal to threaten these actions. Also file a state ag complaint and also with the FTC. Stay off the phone!!!
