I have a paydayloan that keepss taking $$ out of acct daily?? I need help in how to deal with them.. And get rid of this loan..PLEASE HELP!!!

Daily ACH's?? What state are you in, who is the lender, how much have you paid and how much was your original loan for? Did you default on the loan? I can't think of any other reason they would debit daily. Normally a PDL would debit on your next payday, which for most people is every two weeks.

Is your lender licensed in your state? If not, then close down your bank account to stop debiting money from your account. You are required to pay them only principal. No fees, no interest.
