Helpless In Alabama FORT RUCKER - Payday Loans

Ok...... My story is no different than most I have read here. My hubby lost his job and I tried to be the hero and keep us afloat hence my selling the soul to the devil ( payday loans). I have the following outstanding loans with companies that are illegal in the state of Alabama - FORT RUCKER
OneClick Cash- $520 rolled over 8 times @ $150 renewal
Horizon Opp. - $390 rolled over 5 times @ $90 renewal
Oakwood Services- $390 rolled over 5 times @ $90 renewal
Cashnet USA $587 rolled over 1 time @ 87 renewal (legal comp
I also have 1 other personal loans with Check-n-go with a balance of $2732. So far I have paid a total of $1649 and the only $412.86 is bein applied to the principal. Needless to say I am 6 months behind my mortage and in credit card debt. I am not blaming anyone but myself for my decisions. However, I need help getting out of this.
I have contacted a credit counseling agency and I am getting assistance on budgeting and a debt management plan. My question is how do I deal with the Ilegal companys. Please outline all the steps and the resources as far as letter to my bank, employer etc. Thank u so much and when I am done with this mess I am committed to paying it foward. God bless
