Hey all I got another call from them today with threats saying they are going to prosecute to the full extent they can,ect so I called my lawyer and made an appt with him and Im going to hand over their information to him and have him contact them(law offices of lawall & associates)

My question is, if you find they are not licensed in your state to do business and offer loans, can they still do online payday loans to you? Still not sure who they are or what they are calling about, will call them back on my lunch hour to see.

Many online pdl's give loans to people without being properly licensed. Stay away from payday lenders, especially online, they aren't anything but trouble. Think of it this way, once you have given out your information to ANY online lender you may as well count of closing out your account, they are all BAD news.
