Storefront payday loan help

I am trying to find some help in dealing with storefront payday loans. I currently have 3 and am getting to the point of not being able to pay the fees and re-write. I am getting ready to also close out my bank account and wanted to know if I did would that be commiting fraud on my part? I live the in the state of kentucky if this helps. Has anyone had any dealing with storefront payday loans and can help me?

Find out if these store fronts are members of the CFSA (Community Financial Services Association of America), if they are then you are eligible for the EPP (Extended Payment Plan), this will stop the interest from accruing and allow you to pay these loans off in four seperate payments.
