PDL in Texas are they legal??

I have about 5 pdl that were all done online, I have paid so much into these accounts with no end in site. Can someone please help me to see if they are legal in Texas? I have tried to look and have had no success.
Loan:
1.) VIP or DMA
Loan amount-500
Payments to loan-650
Balance-390
2.) Kenwood Financial Services
Loan amount-250
Payments to loan-220
balance-195
3.) Cashnet
loan amount-500
payments to loan-495
balance-439.18
4.) Little loan Shop
Loan amount-300

1 nsf due to them trying to take a pymnt 2x's in one wk

I have close my account and I am getting to send out letter about calling me at work and my cell#.
I just have had no luck to see if they are legal in Texas??

Should, I worry? this was sent to me after the letter I sent to them.. They of course are still contacting me on my cell. The work well, They can't get thru as I answer all the lines and tell them that they are not allowed to contact employees here.
