payday loans
i have one with Spot On Loans, one with Beacon, one with Discount Advances, and one with MMG/Holiday
none of these are legal in PA
none of the loans listed are legal in PA.in fact only CSO'S are legal and none of these are cso's so you need to go top the sticky titled(dealing with illegal lenders)at the top of the payday loan help forum.it has all the info and steps and info you need to get these loans paid, and only what you owe which is the principle and nothing else.go to the sticky follow it and don't skip steps.the first being to close your current account and open a new one.do that and you should be fine.
yes that is the case
since none of these are legal then if any so called fee debits were taken by any of them.then you deduct that from the principle.example:
you borrow 300.00 from spot on.they debit 90.00 three times.you only owe them 30.00 that's it.now this was only an example, but you get the idea.

So my account is closed i now have to send the lenders a letter like the one in the "stickies" correct? Do i just email the letters to them or do i mail them? And would i file fraudulent activity on my checking account? I dont want to get in trouble for filing fraud if that wasn't the case.
thank you so much for all your help.
yes you can email
you can email the letters, but send the ACH REVOCATION LETTER first.then see your bank manager with a copy of your state pdl laws and the revocation letters.let them know you need to close that account.it is advised by some to open a new account with a new bank, but yes you can email the letters as some of these loans are not located in the US.therefore email would be the way to go.
