I live in mo loans w/ advance america 500 kwik kash 500 ezmoney 500 all store locations i get about 10 calls a day from the same 3 toll free numbers but today a call came thru private and the guy stated he got my case and theres a summons for me but didnt leave name or a call back number can you go to jail over this im really worried any info will be thankfull some numbers that do call 620-665-6032 800-660-5542

They eventually stop calling you but that doesn't mean they can'
They eventually stop calling you but that doesn't mean they can't take legal action. Storefronts aren't like internet loans. They have licenses and they are right there in your state to go to court. You should try to make payment arrangements on your balances. If someone really has sued you, you may need to make arrangements with the lawyer.
