All of these PDL are current (I have one from Checksmart that is not currrent and these people are currently the bane of my exsistence). I would like to get out of the cycle. I called the T & C Corp I read about here and they stated that they cannot help me due to Kentucky law. I'm debating about calling one lender at a time and requesting the repayment plan--paying that one loan off and then moving onto the next one. I cannot afford to put all of these into the extended plan at one time.
Does anyone have any advice, comments, "been there done that"?

The number one thing to remember when dealing with storefronts is to keep up comminucation.

Wildcat...I live in KY and due to KY law it makes it very difficult to work out repayment with these companies. Most of them will want with paid off within a month usually $250.00 every two weeks. I know three of your five and they are difficult to deal with, CNG, Advance America and Check Inot Cash. The only thing I can advise is that you talk to each and every one and see what you can work out. The individual stores may work with you. The other option you have is to pay down on one at a time or as many as you can afford to get out of the cycle. That is what I had to do.
