Payday-Loan-Yes Collections

I need to see if anyone can help me out. I have a defaulted PDL with Payday-Loan-Yes. I borrowed $350.00 and have paid back $105.00 to date. I ended up closing my bank account due to the number of outstanding PDL's and my inability to even pay the interest and keep up with my household bills.
I received a call today from a person who identified themselves as being with First National handling collections for Payday-Loan-Yes.
He ended up calling me a dumb %ss *itch on the phone. At that point, I sincerely questioned the legality of this company.
This is an illegal PDL, as I am a resident of KY and htis was an internet loan.
I ask for verification of my signature on the loan documents. I also requested that any correspondence be handled in writing via email or USPS. He denied informing me his company doesn't provide anything in writing - that I took the loan out over the internet therefore therefore there will be no type of documentation provided to me. He advised they'll take me to court and that my $350 laon will turn in to a $1800 cost. Any advice?

That was my thinking just wanted to clarify. Even the $245 owed
That was my thinking just wanted to clarify. Even the $245 owed can be made in installments as soon as I can get my household bills mortgage, groceries, car, etc back on track, right? Do I tell the PDL if they call again I'll get them paid just as I am able or should I simply ignore the calls.
