I have been working with my amazing bank manager to get my account frozen and closed and open a new one~
I am expecting insanity to insue on friday when my scheduled payments will attempt to pull~
Can i send C and D letters before hand? I have told my boss what is going on and my friends I have had listed as references~ I told them I would pay to have their numbers changed if need be~ But i'm wondering if that will even work~
I am soooo terrified~ I have looked over my agreements with these ppl and i don't think I agreed to any wage assigments but I see alot of posts about this~
Is that what they normally decide to try and do when they cant' get your account?
I guess i'm just wondering whats next for me~ i've closed my accounts and i'm not sure what my next step should be

The next step is to send them all letters, I'm pretty sure I gave you a link before with all the pertinent information? If not let me know and I will post it again. As long as your bank account is secure there's no reason why you shouldn't send these lenders your letter informing them.
